    Recommendations for use

Before purchasing / using Prepdeck we suggest you do a simple test first.

Place a few drops of water in various areas of the (dry) wood and wait about 20 minutes to see if the drops soak in or if they remain on the surface.

If the water soaks in, you can probably bring back the original look of the wood with Net-Trol instead.

If the water does not absorb into the wood, it suggests that a coating such as a decking oil etc is still present and you need Prepdeck to remove that.

    • It is strongly recommended that you neutralise the surface with Net-trol (diluted 4:1 with water) after stripping to avoid any reaction with oils etc later. [Exception – when applying Tropitech as finish]

Coverage per coat : 3 to 4m²/l  (neat)

Application tools : Brush - Stiff bristle - Gloves

    Application temperature : 5°C to +35°C

    Working time : 20 to 30 mins.

    Clean-up : Water or solvent
